Masaedo may modify the information and commercial offer of any product without notice.
All prices presented in the online store can be changed without notice and are subject to stock disruption.
In the case of any order that cannot be fulfilled, in part or in whole, the customer will be contacted to find an appropriate solution to resolve the situation.
Any and all items for sale online are subject to stock disruption.

ORDERS
After the payment confirmation, the preparation of your order begins.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time varies between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the volume of the order, in Mainland Portugal. In Islands and Europe, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery policy of each region.
SHIPPING COSTS
At the final price of each purchase adds the shipping cost that is calculated based on the total weight of the order. The total amount will always be displayed at the end of the purchase.
Generally, all orders delivered to Mainland Portugal take about 48 hours, in Europe between 7 and 12 working days and in the rest of the world between 10 and 15 working days (approximate number of days, which may vary depending on the time of year and the situation of each country).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Customers have the right to return all items within a maximum period of 14 days, according to Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26 and Decree-Law No. 82/2008 of May 20, except for the value of transportation. Upon receipt of the returned order, we refund the value of the products.
In the return period you must deliver the products to Masaedo within a maximum of 14 days from the return information. The direct costs of returning the goods are on the customer's behalf. The refund due will be made after receipt of the returned goods.
Products marketed by Masaedo may change if handled in conditions of inadequate temperature, humidity, or luminosity. Masaedo does not accept returns of products that have been subject to these conditions in the customer's possession.
